Important information for accessing the Virtual Attendee Hub

Logging into the Virtual Attendee Hub

What Internet browser should I use?

The preferred internet browser for Cvent’s Attendee Hub platform is Google Chrome. You can visit this page to download Chrome or to update the version that is already installed on your computer. You may also use Firefox or Microsoft Edge to connect to the Attendee Hub.

Whichever browser you prefer, please check to make sure you have the most recent version installed.

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft and will not work properly with the Attendee Hub platform. Please do not use this browser to connect to the event.

How do I log into the Biennial Mission Summit?

To join the Biennial Mission Summit you need to log into the Virtual Attendee Hub.

You will need the First Name, Last Name, email address you used when you registered for the Biennial Mission Summit as an event participant or delegate, and ready access to your email inbox and/or cell phone. [Participant/Household of 2 and Watch Party registrants must use the primary registrant’s name and email address provided during registration. Your registration permits one login using these credentials.]

You should have gotten an email to the email address you used when you registered for the event with Log in info. Go to that email and click on “Log in”.
You can also try to click HERE

  1. Enter in the requested info. Click on “Next”
  2. You will, within seconds, receive a six-digit verification code via email and/or text based on the contact information you entered in when you registered. If you do not get a code within a few seconds, click on “try again” and make sure the information you enter matches what you used when you registered for the event. You should have received a confirmation email when you registered; you can cross-reference this email.
  3. Enter in the verification code and click on the “Log In” button at the end.

Note: You will need to complete this step, with a new verification code, every time you join the event after you have manually “logged out” of the Virtual Attendee Hub or once every 24-hours.

What if I do not get a verification code to log into the Virtual Attendee Hub?

Please ensure:

  1. You are using the same form of your Fist and Last Name and email address you used to register for the event. If you are uncertain, look back to your emails for the confirmation email you received when you registered. This email would have been sent from “missionsummitregistration@abc-usa.org”.
  2. You also need to make sure you have access to the email address inbox and/or the phone connected to the phone number you entered during registration. This is where you will receive the verification code.

If you have ensured these things and still don’t get a verification code, check your spam or junk folder. Since the verification code is automatically generated through the Cvent system, your email filter may consider this spam.

If you still have no luck, send an email to missionsummitregistration@abc-usa.org, state your concern, and provide a phone number where you can be reached.

What do I need to know about Internet Connection?

The speed and strength of your internet connection is an important part of the overall experience. You want to use the best possible internet connection available to you.

If you have the option to connect to your internet router with an Ethernet cable, this will provide you with the fastest speed available to you. If you have a network port on your laptop, it will look very similar to a large telephone jack.

If you do not have the ability to connect to the internet using an Ethernet cable, avoid using multiple devices that are streaming content during the event. For example, if a family member is streaming music or watching Netflix on their tablet while you are trying to participate in a workshop, the devices are competing and sharing the wireless internet connection.

You can test the speed of your internet connection by visiting www.speedtest.net and clicking the GO button. Internet speeds can vary throughout the day as many factors influence the quality of the connection you receive in your home. The speed you receive prior to the event may not be the same speed you receive during a session. If the internet speed you receive is much less than expected, you may need to contact your service provider for assistance.
