National Insurance Program Created to Benefit ABCUSA Churches

Church Mutual and Sovereign Insurance Group have created a national insurance program to benefit ABCUSA churches.  Announced in a letter written by General Secretary C. Jeff Woods, this voluntary program is available to interested churches to provide additional value to them through group purchasing. Learn more about the program here.

Church Mutual provides insurance to more house of worship (churches, synagogues and mosques) than any other carrier in the country.  Their commitment to diversity and inclusion fits well within the American Baptist Church vision of unity and inclusion. Sovereign Insurance Group has been administering group purchasing and house of worship insurance programs for 60 years and is committed to helping build healthier congregations.

“Our desire is to provide high quality resources for your congregation that help you continue to do the work you were called to do.  We are excited with this new partnership and the future that it holds for you and the ABCUSA,” wrote Woods.
