Judson Press Invites Customers to Restock the [Library] Shelves

VALLEY FORGE, PA (ABNS 12/21/18)—The lights are back on at the Evangelical Seminary of Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria. But the library and its book collection are not yet fully functional for those preparing for ministry.

Judson Press and American Baptist Home Mission Societies are inviting scholars, pastors, teachers, students, readers and booklovers to join them in restoring and strengthening the seminary library in San Juan. Financial gifts of any size will allow the library to purchase needed new titles, particularly in interdisciplinary studies.

Individuals, classes and congregations seeking more information, including an interview with the seminary librarian, about giving to “Restock the Shelves,” may visit https://www.judsonpress.com/Pages/Default.aspx?ContentID=10952. Gifts will be accepted by credit card online or by checks made to Judson Press and mailed to 1075 First Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Please designate “Library” in the notes line on any checks.

Funds received for the library at the Evangelical Seminary of Puerto Rico by Judson Press customers and American Baptist churches and donors will be matched up to $2,500.
