NANCY E. HALL, MDiv, DMin, is Associate Professor of Ministry and Congregational Music and Director of Contextual Education at American Baptist Seminary of the West in Berkeley, California. Hall worked closely with the late John Skoglund as coauthor of the twenty-fifth anniversary revision of the classic Manual of Worship (Judson Press, 1993).
