Judson Press Announces Student Essay Contest

VALLEY FORGE, PA (ABNS 8/5/13)—In celebration of the new release, God’s Graffiti: Inspiring Stories for Teens, Judson Press is hosting the God’s Graffiti Youth Essay Contest. The contest is open to students who are members of American Baptist churches or youth groups between the ages of 13 and 18 who have not graduated high school or the equivalent. The deadline for entries is Monday, October 14, 2013.

The top two winners will receive monetary prizes. The awards are as follows:

• First place: $300
• Second place: $200

Students are asked to write a 300 to 400 word essay that explores the question “Who in the Bible is Most Like Me and Why?” For more detailed guidelines and information on how to submit entries, visit http://godsgraffiti.wordpress.com/.
