A Caucus, within ABCUSA, is any group of persons joined with one another in recognition of a common cause and shared characteristic, which meets criteria (See Rule 14.4.2 in Standing Rules), and is recognized by the Board of General Ministries on recommendation of the Credentials and Caucus Committee.
