ABCUSA Budget Review Officer James Ratliff

James R. Ratliff has served as a Regionally Nominated Representative from ABC of Metro New York, where he has served as Region President. During his terms as representative, Jim was a member of the Board of International Ministries where he served on the Finance Committee. He also served on the Budget Review Committee of the General Board, and from — to June 2007 as acting ABC Budget Review Officer.

Jim is a retired professor. He earned a B.S. from Marshall University, an MBA from the University of Louisville and a PhD. From New York University. In the local church he has served as treasurer, as well as chairperson of the boards of Deacons and Trustees. He is currently a member of First Baptist Church, Riverhead, New York.
